- If the client cancels the service before any work has begun.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- If the service has been delivered as described and the document review has been completed.
- If the client provides incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information that impacts the review process.
- If the delay or issue arises due to the client’s failure to provide necessary documents or respond to review inquiries in a timely manner.
- If the refund request is made more than 7 days after the completion of the service.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, clients must:
- Submit a written request via email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide supporting documentation, if applicable.
- Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review the request and provide a response.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If only a portion of the document review has been completed and the client wishes to cancel further review.
- If minor issues with the service are identified, and a partial refund is deemed appropriate.
Partial refunds are issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work already performed.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
- Refunds will be processed in USD or the original currency of payment.
5. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
- If a client files a chargeback without first requesting a refund, they forfeit their right to any refund under this policy.
- We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent chargeback claims with banks and payment processors.
6. Service Modifications Instead of Refunds
If a client is dissatisfied with the service received, we may offer modifications, clarifications, or corrections at no additional cost instead of issuing a refund. Clients must notify us within 3 days of receiving the final reviewed document if any revisions are needed.
